- For COD orders, payment is due upon delivery

Shipping and Delivery

- Delivery within 3-5 business days for most locations
- International shipping available to Nepal

Delivery Terms
- Delivery address cannot be changed after order confirmation
- Someone must be available to receive the package

- Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery
Returns and Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

- Products without original certificate
- Items returned after 7-day period
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
